Staffing

Centre Director – The Centre Director is responsible for the administration of the Centre.

Authorized Supervisor – The Authorized Supervisor is a qualified staff member who has the responsibility to implement and monitor policy and procedures and to monitor staff practices on a day to day basis.

Early Childhood Teacher – Holds a Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood and is responsible for the daily delivery and planning of the children’s programs.

Qualified Child Care Worker – Holds a Diploma in children services (or equivalent) and is responsible for the daily delivery & planning of the children’s programs.

Assistant Child Care Worker – Is experienced and has participated in Early Childhood Training. Their role is to assist the teachers and educators in the delivery of the children’s programs.

Throughout the year staffs are to attend to several in-services to gain more information and ideas in the various areas of development.

A “Working with Children Check” is conducted on all staff
